The hotel is fantastic in all its amenities: the room, the towels, the bathroom, the bed, the play room, the heated pool, the outdoor pools, the gym, all taken care of and clean. Fabulous
I didn't like waiting in line for breakfast, first day waiting 30 minutes and second day, 10. that after waiting for it; they tell you that the firm closes on time, I didn't like that the frigobar was empty. I also didn't like having to pay a resort fee. in green letters in my reservation. I said that I had to pay a value and in tiny letters, they made it clear that it was not included in the price, That's a scam because it's deceptive, Besides. I had to leave the hotel a day earlier because of a personal problem and they didn't have any consideration in the price. charging me the value of the whole night and also the resort fee, covered parking is precarious - there is no garage - and reduced, so the car can stay outside if you are late.

Staff always efficient and cooperative.
Fairly clean place with AMAZING views and absolutely perfect location in the pasages nor in the restaurantes. A chair and a dining table in the room and the good bed. Perfect service, parking onsite. Everything great. Location near to Colonia and the hotel-one straight street. 15 minutes' walk to a rail museum.

setting and kids' club. I would like to highlight the excellent predisposition and attention of MATÍAS, reception staff, who are very solicitous and friendly
Every night we spent there, we woke up with pain in our waists and I woke up several times during the night because of the bad state of the mattress. This in a 5 star is inconceivable. We reserved a room for a couple and a four year old boy (the voucher said that the room had a sofa) and when we arrived it was just a double room with no place for my son to sleep. When they claimed it, they wanted to charge us per day to add a bed (I emphasize the lack of compliance with the voucher). Only after much discussion did they agree to resolve the situation without charge but they came to install it at night. The room was separated from the adjoining one by a door, through which all the sounds came in, a great nuisance. We asked twice for room service and both times we had problems, they sent the orders with errors, and when they complained they were very late in returning with what they had requested. The prices were not in accordance with the portions. A towel rack located on the bathtub was loose, it almost fell on my son while he was bathing. Dirty curtain bath tub (Room 205)

The bed was very comfortable
room that I got was 105, although it is comfortable, bathtub had paint defects or small breaks, as well as the tiles had mold on some sides, they should improve the service of waiters in the area of the pool, being a 5 star guest would not even have to move from its place, should attend there. very incomplete breakfast there are 3-star hotels that handle many more options and varieties. It is unacceptable to charge for wifi, is not available in the pool area! also in the rooms the speed is not good! In the play area some pool cues are broken and table leaves a lot to be desired! way the beds are arranged is not good, it seems that they stretch the sheets like this! Finally they charged me for some local calls when they clearly said they were free. price per night is very high and truth is that it is not worth it.

Good facilities, closed and open swimming pool. Nice gardens and golf course. Comfortable bedrooms, comfortable bed. Complete breakfast
Attention is very lacking, for the price charged for services are poor and staff is either scarce or overwhelmed. rooms are made around 5-6 pm, in a hotel with facilities to spend the day right there and knowing that 80% of the guests have small children, it is logical that the rooms are made early, so that you can return to rest after noon to a fixed room. snack bar open almost all day is super slow, there were 2 busy tables and they were 20 min to bring us a hot sandwich (they offer 5 courses)... another time 15 min to give me an ice cream that was inside a window ready to serve. robes that they give for the guests to use were on the sheet. For the price you pay you expect better service.

The facilities
performance of some of the staff, is poor.. That the children are allowed to run and scream around the hotel in front of their parents' passivity and bad manners. second day a family came to the front room and kids were running and screaming down the corridor. I called several times and they did nothing. Later the hotel receptionist offered me to change rooms... incredible! As if who was at fault was me, very stupid one. Besides, I moved out at 9pm and left at 7. 30am the next day. Later I entered the restaurant and left because there were 3 different tables with kids who were running and screaming too, it was 9. 15 pm. I went to the bar, a couple arrived with two guys running and screaming, I changed to the only table around the corner in front of the bar. Admitting kids is one thing and allowing chaos, anarchy and bad manners is another. bar is a place where alcoholic drinks are served, it should not be a place for children under 5 years old. There must be a place for adults exclusively in the Hotel. employee of the Bar when I asked him for a gin-tonic tried to put me the remains of tonic water that I had in a saved bottle, it corresponds that he opens me a new bottle or a new can and leave it all to me; it costs u$s 10.

Overall the hotel service was good. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The room does not dazzle, but it fulfills its purpose well, with just the right things. The fitness and pool part, well, quite acceptable.
What didn't meet my expectations was everything related to the food. While the breakfast is not bad, I think it could be a little better, but what could definitely improve is the quality of the food, especially the special meals with free fork mode, where the cost per person is quite high and yet the dishes presented are not of the quality that should 'deber´ʼa be according to those costs. The sweet table and dessert part did leave a lot to be desired, little variety and extremely small portions, on the verge of ridicule, and many points less for the total absence of ice cream, in any form. At that point they could do a lot better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is gorgeous, with a beautiful natural area where I could spot birds and admire the flora. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a favorite for my family, and my son loved the kids' area and riding the bikes every day. The sauna and steam room were a much-needed relaxation spot for me. The location of the hotel is situated in a very nice place, close to the golf courses outside of the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and making our dining experience enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had an exceptional selection.
Nothing all excellent.
